Hi, i have problem updating some translation strings. I already upload the my .mo file to wp-content/uploads/espresso but some strings doesn’t take effect like this ones:
Example Also the new strings of the Promotion Codes Add-on, are not on the current .po file.
Do you will replace the .po files with the new strings? I already translated 659 of 6081 in case you want to merge it with your files. (es_ES) http://calidadeinocuidad.com/wp-content/uploads/espresso/languages/event_espresso-es_ES.zip Thanks so much for all your help. |
Thanks Gabriel. I imported your translation into GlotPress. Could you get updated versions of the PO and MO files via these links? Spanish (Spain) Then please replace the existing language files with the new ones. Note that the PO file is for editing via a tool like POedit and the MO file is used by your site for translations. Let us know if the updated files resolve the missing entries. — |

Hi Lorenzo, i already downloaded the files, added the _ES at the end of the file name to make it work but the some strings still without change for the registration process. Still like this image: http://pho.to/9eZ0n And about the new strings of Promotion Codes Add-on i already changed the You can take a look on my live site: Try to add a ticket to see how the messages still in English. I hope you can help me to fix this. |
Hi Gabriel, the language files were updated yesterday in the late afternoon. If you downloaded them before that then you would not have the latest versions. — |

Yes i already have those one with the Promotion codes strings. I have problem with a old strings from the checkout process. It’s weird because i already did the changes on the .mo file; the rest of translations works perfectly except that both. I hope you can take a quick look. Thanks for your patience. |

Hi, Have you also translated the ‘1 ticket was successfully added for this event.’ string? As it might be showing that string instead of the ‘%1$s ticket was successfully %2$s for this event.’ string. |
|
Yes i did this translation:
and i can’t fin the string for: There is currently 1 ticket in the Cesta de Eventos. in the po file. |
Hi Gabriel, that new line is missing from the PO file. We are checking in that. Were there any others that you found that were also missing? — |

Just that one. And another one without changes applied, even when i already translated them. Check both samples: Thanks for your help Lorenzo. |
Hi Gabriel, There will be an update for the Multi Event Registration add-on very soon that will include a fix for the translation #1. The Promotion Code button issue is fixed in the latest update for Event Espresso 4. |

Hi, i already make the update but the strings still without change. Can you take a look here: Try to add a event and see the 2 strings without translation. Or see this image: I hope you can help me. |
Hi Gabriel, We found an issue on one of the translation strings since they are single and plural and I’ve verified a fix. This will go out tomorrow morning and be available via the Multiple Events Registration add-on as a one-click update: http://cl.ly/image/011E313o0h2s Along with that, we are making some improvements in how translations (localization/internalization) are handled. We have a new getting started guide for translating Event Espresso that will cover these steps: You can see it here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-translate-event-espresso/ If anything is confusing or not clear, then do let us know so we can clarify. Also, video tutorials are planned for how to use POedit and GlotPress. Thanks again! — |
