Hi there,
I’ve installed New State/Province Packs and changed the Organisation details under General Settings no problem, but when I try to add the State for a venue, the country and state drop down menu’s don’t show the added country (Netherlands).

Hi Lisa, could you double-check that the country and its states/provinces are enabled via the dropdown menus from the Countries tab for Event Espresso within your WP dashboard?

Hi Lorenzo,
They are enabled under General Settings/Countries (State Appears in
Dropdown Select Lists: Yes), but I cannot select Netherlands on the venue page drop down list (and therefore none of the provinces either)

Lorenzo – I am so blind…! I hadn’t noticed there was also a check box for the country! Now resolved… sorry!
