New registrations ended in Trash

Hi,
We have encountered a couple of times when admin creates a registration that upon refresh of the page, is found in trash. Grateful if you would advise what could be the causing this.

Hi there,

As far as I am aware, there is no code in EE that will trash a registration, especially a registration that has contact info assigned to it (the ‘Attendee info’ step was completed).

Is the admin creating the registration through the admin or the front end?

Can you consistently reproduce this and if so, what steps are you taking to reproduce this?
