I added some questions to the registration form using a question group but the new question group does not display on the front end. Please help.

May I ask did the Question Group get assigned to the event? You can follow the documentation that shows how to assign the Question group to an event:

I assigned the question group to the event and that allowed the questions to display. However, the group name is not displaying, even though it is set to display. Please advise.

Hi there,
Looking over one of your events it looks like the ‘Personal Information’ and ‘Address Information’ question groups have the option to display the the group name set to No, the additional question group (Emergency contact) has the option to display both the ‘Group Name’ and the ‘Group Description’ set to yes.
However, you have some CSS on your site that has been added specifically to hide all of the question group names:
.ee-reg-form-attendee-dv .ee-reg-form-qstn-grp-title {
display: none;
}
That’s been added to an inline style module within your theme.
So the ‘Emergency contact information’ header you see on the site currently is actually the group description.
If you edit the above groups and set the group name to display (Event Espresso -> Registration form -> Question Groups -> {group}) then remove the inline styles you have on the site right now, the group names should all appear.
