Dear all,

We have purchased a license for EE3 which was installed on a particular site. This license has served its purpose and has already expired. Our organization have decided to start a new site and came to the conclusion that EE4 will better suite our needs so we have purchased a new license for EE4 with the intention to use it with the new site. However the EE4 license is still associated with the “old” site (not used anymore) and we are asked a $10 fee for a site license reset.
Could you please explain the steps needed to “move” the NEW license to a NEW site?

We’ve reset the key, you can use the key on the new site now.

Hi Daniel,

It should be the same key, with the difference being it’s not tied to the old domain. If Event Espresso is still activated on the old domain you’ll need to remove the key from there.
