I installed the latest update to EE this morning (4.9.9.p), and I have since received two calls from people suddenly having troubles with registrations.

A person tried to register two people for the same class, and when she clicked on the ‘use the same info for the second person’ option, she received this message:’An invalid response was returned from the server while attempting to process your request. Please refresh the page and try again or contact support.”
Refreshing didn’t help.
Any suggestions? It seemed to be working fine until after the latest plugin update.
Thanks Tony. It seems like single registrations are still coming through okay. It’s only the non-standard stuff that seems to be hiccuping. Based on that do you still think it makes sense to roll back?
If the majority of your registrations are working you could keep the current version but it obviously has some issues with the above so personally, I would roll back until we get the update out.
Just to note, we’ve identified the issue with the waitlist registrations and are currently investigating the other issue.

Anyway, it’s fixed now 🙂
Just to note, the above two issues have been fixed and we will likely be releasing an update for it today.
