Thanks, Lorenzo. I appreciate you getting back to me so quickly with this new country pack.
After installing it, I am no long able to access my EE4 “General Settings” page. I continue to get an “Internal Server Error”. What happened? After deactivating the plugin, I am still unable to access it. I deleted the plugin and still can’t access “General Settings”. All other EE4 pages are accessible. How can we fix this?

Also now noticing my whole site is responding very slowly. Not just the parts associated with EE4.

Hi Tony, this plugin inserts the values in the database so they are available for use by Event Espresso 4:

It doesn’t make any other changes and isn’t required to be running afterwards.
Did you already have provinces entered before uploading and activating the plugin?
