Hi guys Hope you can help , I’ve just installed on localhost:8080 fresh install no other plugins or themes active, all works fine except cant get to the payment gateway page it throws a connection reset , the same with system status , so far ive increased the wp_mem_limit and turned debug onto true checked the log files and it says:

PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\event-espresso-core-reg\core\EE_Session.core.php on line 399

So I changed the php.ini memory_limit=128M
Just purchased yesterday and new to word press any help is appreciated.

Thanks
Josh

Hi Josh,

If this after you have selected a payment method within EE?

If so which payment method are you using?

Hi Tony Thanks for getting back to me , I’ve found the issue , I think its do with my version of xampp and the version of php or MySQL I was running as I’ve downloaded and installed the latest version of xampp and these areas are now running out of the box. next hoping to purchase sagepay what is the difference between using mijireh and sagepay direct plugin or is mijireh just a forwarding service?. + where do I change my profile pic in the support forum.

Thanks
Josh

Great, I’m glad you’ve found the issue.

Your profile pic is taken from uses https://gravatar.com/

Mijireh is basically a forwarding service, we create a Mijireh payment method and Mijireh integrates with multiple gateways so it allows users to integrate with merchants that we do not currently supports.

Mijireh is also an ‘offsite’ payment method, meaning you are sent to Mijireh to make the payment, then back to your site.

The SagePay gateway add-on is onsite, meaning your users remain on the site to pay, although with this setup you’ll need an SSL certificate.
