New Active Key Not Provided

Hi, I hope you can help resolve this soon. In January, I re-purchased my license (needless to say I was not happy I did not get the discount offered initially) but then I finally took the path of least resistance and purchased it again on 24 Jan 2014. Here are the details of that transaction below. I had communicated with Jonathan Wilson who said he would fix it. But how do I receive and activate my key? My account name is deedeec102. Thanks for getting this fixed as I need access to the support forums and it keeps stopping me. Frustrated.
