Using EE4 – on the tool tip in calendar view it is properly displaying the number of registrations however the number of spaces is coming up as a negative number.

Hi,
Available space on the tooltip is not a default feature, I assume you modified the code to achieve it?
If so, can you copy and paste the shortcode here please?

I don’t recall modifying any code to achieve that – I am not that good with code so wouldn’t have tinkered with it unless directed to do so. Where would I look to find such code?

Hello,
You are running an old version of the software. Please update to the current software. Begin by backing up your WordPress:

Note: the steps below will backup a copy of your existing plugin folder. If you have not made any edits to the core plugin, then you can perform a one-click update through the WordPress admin after backing up your site.
Download the latest version of your Event Espresso software from your account:
https://eventespresso.com/users/fknippenberg/
Now login to your WordPress admin and go to Plugins. Locate Event Espresso in the list of plugins and deactivate it.
Next login to your WordPress root with an SFTP or FTP client (FileZilla and Cyberduck are free options). Then browse to the WordPress plugins folder: wp-content/plugins
Locate the Event Espresso folder and relocate it one level above the WordPress plugins folder and add old to the end of the folder name: wp-content/event-espresso-old
Return to the Plugins screen in the WordPress admin and click on Add New –> Upload. Then browse to the zip file that you downloaded from your account. Select it and begin the upload process. You can activate Event Espresso after it has finished.
