Currently, our license system links the key to a single site, it does allow for some development sites on the same domain, for example dev., staging. or .dev, .local and .test but currently not .biz (because it’s a valid ‘regular’ domain).
In short download the .zip file from your account page and then install it on the site manually.
With the newer version of WordPress you don’t need to de-activate and delete the plugin prior to uploading the new one. So if you go to Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New -> Upload plugin and upload EE4 there, it should show you the plugin already exists and ask you if you want to replace it:
If that does not happen, then the directories don’t match, that should not happen and you can only have a single instance of EE4 active at any one time so I recommend stopping there if the case, check the directors and you may need to switch to the ‘old’ method of deleting first.
