I just realised we not registered for GST so we therefore need to edit a few tickets. I tried editing a few tickets but it locked them as it was already purchased by people. Is there a way to unlock and restored the original ticket?
I’m assuming you are trying to change the price on the ticket?
If you edit a ticket that already has registrations assigned to it, EE will lock the original and recreate a new one matching the new settings. The reason for this is to preserve the relationships between registrations, tickets and prices so you can not unlock the ticket again, nor edit it even if you managed to unlock it.
