I need to know if there is a way to simply the registration/checkout process? Currently when a customer attempts to purchase a ticket for our event EE4 takes the user through so many steps. Here’s what happens.
1. User selects Ticket Type and QTY the hits the “view event cart” button
2.) EE4 via a pop-up screen let’s the user know how many Tickets where add to the cart and then gives the user 3 options: “return to event list” or “proceed to registration” or “view event cart” again. Not sure why that is necessary again inside the pop-up. If User clicks on “proceed to registration” then……
3.) User is taken to event page and prompted to fill in personal info. Once filled in there are two options “return to event cart” or “Proceed to payment options” Assuming the user clicks payment options then
4.) User is the prompted to review order and pay. When pay is clicked
5.) User is then prompted to enter in name and all personal info the we just received during registration as well as CC info. to complete order.
6.) Order is complete and ticket is rendered.

Is there anyway to shorten that process.
Would like a customer to be able to purchase a ticket in 3 clicks. Possible?
or is there a way to do a guest checkout and eliminate registration.

You can reduce the number of clicks and simplify the process by deactivating the Multi Event Registration add-on.

worked like a charm thank you. Since I have you one last question.
I am using payeezy as my processor. When i try to run test transactions i am getting an error :Undefined Gateway Response” I have contacted First Data as verified all my credentials and they are fine and working. It seems like the plug-in doesnt know how to handle the response it get’s back from Payeezy. Any thoughts on how to fix?

Did you follow this guide to set up the gateway?

Please note that debug mode only works with sandbox credentials. So for example if you set yes for the “Debug Mode” option in Event Espresso > Payment Methods, you’ll need to use sandbox credentials from a test account available from here.
