So on a typical registration, it goes to the sign up form for each event and they do name, email, gender, etc.. What is the url for ‘event registration forms’ and the template in the espresso files on server side

I’m not 100% sure what you mean by this. By defgault in EE3 the events use http://www.yoursite.com/event-registration/?ee=80 where 80 is the (database) ID of the event.
The templates that control the registration page are:
/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/templates/registration_page.php
/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/templates/registration_page_display.php

I think I get it, so each event registration url that is what’s needed to transfer over each person’s registration info to another database
like http://www.yoursite.com/event-registration/?ee=80
Is that right, you wouldn’t really need to change these below…
/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/templates/registration_page.php
/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/templates/registration_page_display.php

If you are planning on making changes to them, then be sure to move a copy of them here:
wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates
Do not edit the core plugin folder as any changes there will be lost on a software update.
