Need some WP Guru help

So I bought EE4 and downloaded it. I installed it as a new plugin. I went to activate it and now the site is dead and unresponsive. I am new to this WP stuff and did not backup as I was supposed to. Is there anyway to reset the site without losing the almost three weeks of work. Then how do I install the plugin I bought?

The site is at temp1492.gohtci.com if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
