I’ve purchased and downloaded the members add-in for Event Espresso. I’ve unzipped it. I’ve looked in my WP plugin list ins for it and it’s not there. I’ve unzipped it and looked again. Not there. I’ve clicked “Add new” for it, searched on Event Espresso, Event Espresso Members, Members and other alternatives and I don’t find it to install it that way.
I’ve looked to see if I can find what folder on my PC it should be in, but can’t figure that out.
I’ve been on this for 90 minutes.
What am I missing?

Garth, frankly, I’m not sure what my problem is either, but that’s a story for another day.
I solved my problem accidentally. Somewhere within WP, I clicked on something that was a page that could load zip files. I just browsed to the file I wanted unzipped and ta da, it was installed. I can’t find that place anymore, so I suspect there was a secret door or something that I found accidentally that is now closed.
If you have any ideas how I could find that secret door again, I’d love to hear them. Otherwise, I’m good for now and really tired…finally.

Hi Jim,
Go to Plugins > Add New. Near the top is a text link called Upload. Click that. That will allow you to upload a plugin zip file from your pc and install it.
