I am launching a website in a week and can’t figure out why the Korean version of EE check out page is no longer working when I updated the software after moving to a new server. This matter is urgent and I have not received any response despite repeated inquires. Can someone please respond immediately? I am about to Tweet Seth, the founder of EE, to see if he can ask the support team to help me as I need to resolve this matter before my launch in 1 week. If not him, I am willing to track down all the officers who may be able to help me. Can someone please respond? If I don’t hear from anyone is 24 hrs, I will be contacting all the officers to ask them for help.
Hi Lorenzo, thank you for responding. Did you just reply to John because I know he has had difficulty getting anyone at Event Espresso to respond to his inquiries about why Korean language won’t show up all of a sudden on our check out pages when he upgraded the software (it did before but not after we moved to a new server and upgraded the software). I tried contacting Josh Feck to let him know that we had difficulty finding anyone at Event Espresso to help us resolve this issue for the past month. When someone does respond, it is after a week and the response doesn’t help us resolve our problem. If you can help us resolve this issue asap so that we can launch our website and business in a timely manner (in one week to be exact), we will be very appreciative.
