Hi! I’ve read through the help files AND the forum and nothing I’m doing is working. What I want to do is have ALL of the questions that are asked on the registration form (like address etc.) appear in the email notification both to the registrant and the admin. But I can’t seem to get it working. Can I get some guidance from you please?
‘Most’ of the questions on the registration form, should be included by default. Any custom questions (question that you have created within EE) should be included already, can you confirm you see those?
The system questions (Address questions are part of those) are a little different, they have their own shortcodes rather than being pulled in by the QUESTION_LIST section.
I’m assuming you are adding these into the ‘Registration Approved’ message type? I’ll use that as an example but can help with another if needed.
Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates.
Find the ‘Registration Approved’ message type and click on the ‘Edit Event Admin’ link.
Inside the [ATTENDEE_LIST] section you should see the [QUESTION_LIST] shortcode, which is what loops over all of the custom questions.
Above that you can add the shortcodes to output the users address, the specific location depends on where you want to output the address, but as an example you could add:
