need help ASAP, online tickets are not working and have event right now. people are unable to purchase tickets!!!!! |

the system is not working! people are able to registration but then payment is not going thru! its saying “THank You for your order has been recieved. Thank You for your business. reason code 252.” its really making our day insanely crazy cause people are thinking orders went thru and are not. system was working fine up till 1230 pm. i need help asap! this is becoming a nightmare! |

You’ve mentioned you got this working again, may I ask what the issue was? “Reason code 252” looks like an Authorise.net error code and would mean the transaction has been held on their end for merchant review, was this something they started doing within your Auth.net account? |

yes i figured it out, when authorized set up account they limit per hour sale which did not realize. i may have another issue i am looking into where people are unable to purchase tickets and saying something about the stored data? idk which end that is. |

so this was a message i got thru an email about someone having trouble purchasing tickets, and had someone call with same issue. Hey Joe, but its only certain people as tickets are still coming in and i did a test purchase and went thru. any suggestions on how to fix this? |
Hi there, Who hosts the ticketing site you are using? (The WordPress site) The headers on that site show that all pages are set to force caching, that’s usually a GoDaddy managed WordPress hosting ‘feature’ they have. The caching will need to be disabled on at least the EE critical pages (as you are using the site specifically for EE tickets I’d recommend just disabling the caching completely). |

If GoDaddy hosts your site then yes? The caching is something they have enabled server-side and needs to be disabled. |
