I have purchased a support token but there is no information about how to actually get the support. How do I contact someone?? |

Hi Russ, Once purchased you go to your account page: https://eventespresso.com/users/carolinadogsports/ Just above your download section will be a section for priority support tokens and a link to redeem your token. Is that what you are looking for? |

I have the token and above it the text below, but when I go to Event Espresso in Word Press all it says is “Your Event Espresso data needs to be updated.” and I can’t get past that to see where the General Settings page. I got the token to help backup the database before I do the update but I’m stuck. Add your support license key to the General Settings page of Event Espresso through your WordPress dashboard and save changes to enable one-click updates for your website and support from our team. |

Side note – when did you purhcase a support token? I can’t find a support token purchase on your account. I can see you’ve purchased a support license but that’s not the same as a support token.
