I am building a site for a conference. There are two types of tickets available: One that includes meals and lodging and one that does not. There will most likely be a company who will want to register their employees all at the same time.
What I need to know is if a company buys 4 tickets can I have them fill out 4 registration forms; one for each of the attendees? If so I will also need to know which ticket is for what form. For example: If a company chooses one ticket for meals and lodging and one without, I need to know what form corresponds to the person who wants meals and lodging and what form corresponds to the other person.
Yes, you can set the option to require registration information for Additional Attendees. You go to edit the event, then you scroll down to the box that says “Questions for Additional Registrants”. Then you check the box next to “Personal Information”. Then you save the event.
