Each year when we do our events I have a bunch of users that type a name suffix in their last name field which of course throws my reports and such off. How can I add a name suffix to the system so if they have a name suffix it shows up in the users contact list i.e. First Name / Last Name / Suffix
Examples of suffixes I commonly get: Sr. Jr. I, II, III then like their important titles PHP, PGHP etc.

Hi there,
Do you not have a custom question added to the registration form to capture the suffix?
You can add additional questions to the registration form, so in this case, you’d add a question titled ‘Suffix’ and I presume include it within the personal information question group:

Can you add a screenshot showing the specific location you are referring to, please?
We don’t have an option to include additional questions within the admin list tables but it depends on the location, you will likely need some custom code to do this.

Yes I have the customer questions for prefix and suffix but I am trying to show them in the contacts list as well as my reports.
