Hello,

I am using EE 4.4.6.p
WordPress 4.1

A few months ago Lorenzo helped me with getting Korean translations up and running on an older version of Event Espresso 4. (https://eventespresso.com/topic/translating-event-expresso-into-korean/)

In December we had to migrate to a new server and update both WordPress and EE4, and now I am noticing that the .po and .mo files we are using for the Korean language no longer work.

Here are the files in the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/languages/ directory:

event_espresso-en_US.mo
event_espresso-en_US.po
event_espresso-ko_KR.mo
event_espresso-ko_KR.po
index.php (not relevant)

I am using en_US files because I’ve had to re-word some parts of the EE ticket selector.

The weird thing is, the en_US files are being read no problem. However now when I switch the website to Korean language, none of the Korean is showing up for EE.

I am at a loss for where to start looking to solve this issue since it was working before and now it isn’t. If anyone can shed some light or point me in some direction, that would be great.

Again, the en_US files are being read by EE no problem, but for some reason it is completely ignoring my ko_KR files now, when it was working fine beforehand.

Thank you!
