When I log in to Event Overview, the 5 events that I have logged does not populate, I was in the process of finishing the 5th event when it all disappeared. All I get is the add new event page. The venue page seems to have disappeared as well, all I am getting is add new venue.
After working on my events for two weeks, I can’t access them, they have just disappeared. I was just going to finish up the 5th event and start promoting them.
We generally answer the support threads in the order from when the last reply was made. In this case, you’ve bumped your thread twice, so it looks newer than the other posts. If you’d prefer to get your support request answered before everyone else’s, we offer an option to purchase priority support.
If you go to the Event Overview there is an option to do a live search. Can you check to see if there is anything entered in that field?
Sorry, didn’t realize that posting would put me ahead of the others, just wasn’t sure since my topic was the same as the other post, that maybe you didn’t see mine. Thank you, the problem has been solved.
