When I try to run the Event Registrations CSV Report, I am redirected to a screen that appears as if it is downloading the report, but then it just says “redirecting” and the report never downloads. I’ve checked my Downloads folder and everywhere else I can think to look. How can I get this issue resolved? We have an event next Friday and we need the excel spreadsheet. This seems like a problem that may be specific to our account rather than a topic that is appropriate in a forum.
If you open up Dev Tools in your browser (for example Chrome Dev Tools), click on the console section and then click to download the CSV, does it show any errors there?
Does your site load over HTTPS? If so go to Dashboard -> Settings -> General.
Does the ‘WordPress Address’ and ‘Site Address’ field start with HTTP or HTTPS?
This seems like a problem that may be specific to our account rather than a topic that is appropriate in a forum.
Just to clarify here, if you are referring to a problem with your EventEspresso.com account then that will have no effect on the Event Espresso plugin installed on your site. The account here on EventEspresso.com is used for your support and to give you access to the downloads, it does not change anything in terms of the features available within the Event Espresso plugin.
