You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

So it seems my reset issues are back again. I have a Developer License with 5 licenses. But the software will NOT update because it claims I only have one license.

I need this fixed… I need the license for westerndressageassociation.org reset

It is now occuring on ALL my other client’s siteq. In fact, you have 2 keys assigned to the same domain name which is NOT correct.

JecBallou.com should have the license key #41994b0b80f76d12483c7da9259c6e58 and needs to be reset as it is giving me the SAME error about NOT having a Developer’s license.

The first JecBallou.com using this key #2451af939c864b2bd973e1578ac98163
… should be removed and NOT assigned to anyone, it’s an open key.

Please reset them all and remove the erroneous one for the duplicate on JecBallou.com

Why does this keep happening… it seems like every few months I go through this process of having to have all the key reset. My clients think I don’t know what I am doing. Gives them a bad impression.

Actually for right now… it is only limited to 2 licenses…

WesternDressageAssociation.org and JecBallou.com

JecBallou.com has 2 assigned to it… but the only one that should be is the #41994b0b80f76d12483c7da9259c6e58

The other one needs to be removed and left open. PLEASE!!! I am having surgery tomorrow and I need this fixed before I am out of commission!

Hi,

I am sorry for the trouble with your license keys, we have had a few reports of this and are investigating the cause to try an prevent this in the future. I have reset the two license keys you requested and also the additional key assigned to JecBallou.

You will receive instructions via email on re-assigning the keys.

To note, we ourselves do not assigned the license keys to any domain, the only way they can be assigned is by inputting the key into the Support License Key field within Event Espresso. This ‘pings’ our server from your site and automatically assigns the domain the request comes from to the key (the is a little more to it than that but that’s the basic idea) I would recommend double checking which key is active on the site currently just to be sure.

Please let me know if you have any further problems.

Still NOT working. Both sites – Jecballou.com and WesternDressageAssociation.org will NOT get rid of the invalid key error and allow me to update my plugins.

Please help!

Hi Deirdre, 3 support license keys were deactivated and 3 new ones were created. Please give those a try:

Thanks

Lorenzo
