Hi Guys
I have just started to use Automated Upcoming Event Notifications addon. However it appears to be printing all ticket names in the email rather than the ticket name that the participant/customer is registered/enrolled for. Say for example I have two tickets with the first called ‘6am – 8am’ and the second ticket name of ‘8am – 10am’. In the automated notification email it will print 6am – 8am8am – 10am instead of say 6am – 8am which the participant is enroled for.
In the setup, in [TICKET_LIST] I just have [TICKET_NAME] and then in [EVENT_LIST] I include [TICKET_LIST].
Am I doing something wrong here? Or is there a way to fix this? Thanks in advance

What kind of message template is that? Did you try to purchase event and receive the message? or you just clicking the preview?
