Multiple Venues within the same Event

We have a week long event that requires different venues throughout the event.
This is a national event which requires travel from around the country to one meeting point (BUMP IN)- there are 12 meet up locations (venues) for travelling to the event.

Next is the allocation of what camp the registered user is staying (10 different camps)

Third is the off site activities that can be attended

Lastly, Contingents travelling back (BUMP OUT)

Different people are responsible for different venues and we would need to give them access to the venue they are in charge of.

I’d love some suggestions on how we do this!

Hi Leesa,

Event Espresso does not support multiple venues on the same event.

Currently you can set a single venue per event. Will all venues be required or are some of them optional?

@Leesa – fwiw, I’m about to do some digging into doing an enhancement that allows for multiple venues. However, we’re interested in “venue” as a location / place (e.g., event venue, hotel, etc). I have not cracked this open yet but it’s on the TODO list. I’ll try to keep in mind if / when we make some progress.
