I have many customers who need individual tickets for our event this weekend who can only access the ticket from the account holder, and not from any others bought under that person’s account.
I have a video example where the customer can show the purchase receipt, his personal ticket, he can click on edit ticket names, and it shows all the details of the different ticket holders, however they are not displayed nor accessible by him
In the back end I can see them and generate the tickets.
There are two Ticket Notice email templates, one for Primary Attendees and one for Registrants. When people register make sure you’re collecting the contact information for each person, then also make sure your Registrant template is on.
Furthermore, you can check the shortcode in the template(s) to check that you’re sending the right shortcode to the right audience. There is a shortcode to generate the tickets for the entire transaction and there is a shortcode to generate a link for just the individual attendee.
Thnank you ,. IM sure it will but my brain is fried trying to deal with this manually today. I shall look later. Thank you.
