Hi,

I have a situation here where in my event is running for 8 days & one ticket is valid for 1 datetime only. I have to sell atleast 2 types of tickets for each datetime. So i have created 8 datetimes for my 8 days running event & have create two types of tickets for each date time. This is fine so far.

But the way they are appearing on front end is really very confusing. Please check this link:

Is there some way to show the date first to the user so that he can see the tickets for selected date time only? If this is not possible.. do we have some way to show/hide “datetimes” div on front end through some script based on the date? Or we can at-least segregate the tickets based on “DateTime” labels?

I don’t know what is the technical reason to show the tickets like this but certainly this is not the way to show the tickets to the end user at all.

Hi Atharveda,

We are working on a option that will let you see pricing options for date times only.

In the interim, you could add the date information to each standard and advance pricing option so a guest can easily know the date for each pricing option.

Hi Lorenzo,

This is really a great news for everyone who is using EE. For us, this was the only pain area in EE & now once that resolved..I think it will be the most awaiting required feature in EE4. Thank You so much.

Any expected timeline for this as our developers are still in the mid of integrating EE4 in our theme?
