Multiple Tickets for Multiple events Error

I am creating 2 tickets per event, one for a cheaper early bird price and the other for the regular price. Everyone show up fine except that when I try to update the tickets, the first ticket listed always turns up in the light grey script and returns to the wrong dates (actually the “start selling date” and the “end selling date” return to the same “now” date.) I’ve tried to fix this dozens of times but for some reason the first even listed won’t update to the correct dates. Please see link

Hi Matthew,

You could experience sporadic issues with updating a ticket if you are running an old version of EE4. The current version is 4.2.5.
