I recently upgraded to the latest version so I could use the Multiple Ticket options. Example, I want a user to be able to purchase an adult ticket and select a quantity and then select a kids tickets and select the quantity. I don’t see the option and upon searching the forums it looks like I need to make upgrades? Can you let me know if I need to upgrade and the easiest way to get everything I need at once. I see an option for registering for multiple events, this is not necessary for me. I just need multiple ticket levels for one events.

Hey there,

When editing an event, click Create Ticket under Available Tickets. That button allows you to add more tickets to an event.

This doesn’t help. I’m looking to enable the customer to select both an adult ticket and a child ticket. Currently, it’s only only them to choose one or the other and they cannot select multiple quantities. Thanks.

Hi there,

If multiple tickets are created within an event you should be able to select a qty for each ticket, however it sounds like you have the “Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event” setting set to 1 – http://take.ms/B2ajn

Can you check what that value is currently set to please?

If set to 1 change it to 10 and update the event, then retest. If that is not currently set to 1 can you take a screenshot of your event editor so we can see how it is set up. With screenshots you’ll need to host the image and post the link here, we have some examples of how to add screenshots here:
