Hello! When one person registers for multiple ticket types, i’d like the “Registrants” list to show each of the registrants names. I created a custom question group with a First and Last name question for the additional registrants, but my “Registrants” list still only shows the one registrants and that they ordered multiple ticket types. I saw that it is possible to change in a video – how do I do that. Thank you! |
Hello, You would need to enable one of the question groups for additional attendees through the event editor (bottom right side). Otherwise, the software will use the primary registrants name for all of the tickets/pricing options. — |

Hello! Yes, I have created a custom questions group that asks for a first and last name, but I had to create questions for it, I couldn’t add the system first and last name question. I don’t need the additional registrant’s email, so I don’t want to use the “personal information” group. Right now when I try to export, it only gives me the primary registrant’s name and only shows me the first and last name custom field answers when I click on the primary registrants. |
Hello, A name and an email is the minimum about of information needed for a registration to process correctly. System questions are also locked as breaking those could prevent registrations from working. — |

Hi. Well yes, i am taking the name and email of the primary registrant, but I don’t want the email of the other registrants, especially that some of them will be children. I only need the names. |
Hi, I think I understand what you are trying to do but I do want to mention that the software references specific areas for export. If you are creating new fields to capture a name, then those new fields won’t appear in the same area on the registration CSV export as those fields are actually filled by the personal question group. — |

Okay, so is there a way to include the custom fields on the csv export somewhere? Or in order to have the names, I have to use the personal information group? |
Hi, I’m going to check with some team members to see if they have some ideas. — |

Thank you! |

If you are charging by the attendee, then using the EE additional attendee system is going to make it easier to keep track of everything in the long run. If you don’t want to use the email for the additional attendee, then you could have some custom jquery that will hide that field and autofill it from the value in the primary attendee’s email field. If you have to collect information of a person who is not attending, like a parent, then I would make those the custom questions, and manipulate the order of the questions so they appear first in the registration form. |

Hi Sindey! Here is what I’d like to happen… If one person (primary registrant) orders multiple ticket types, I want to collect their name and email. Additionally, I just want the names of the people they are registering. The event will be held outdoors with very questionable wifi, so I need to be able to print the list of all registrants’ names, including the ones who were registered for another person. So, ultimately, I want the csv to include: 1. Name of primary registrant Is that doable? Thank you for your help! |
