I recently purchased EE4 personal license and am trying to set multiple ticket prices. Unfortunately, when I click the “Create Ticket” button to create more tickets the page just reloads and nothing happens. When I try use the settings button for the ticket that I was able to create, nothing happens, too.
Your help is very much appreciated!

Hi Adam,
Can you check for a plugin conflict or theme conflict by:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
