I have a question. How can I create an event and offer these ticket options?
If they buy one ticket its 30 dollars or if you buy two tickets its only $50?

You would need to create 2 separate tickets for that.
One for a single ticket purchase, and another for more than one ticket (a ‘bundle’ ticket), you can set the discounted ticket to have a mini qty of 2 to prevent users from purchasing a single ticket at the discounted price.
