Multiple Ticket Option

Event Espresso Team,

Hello, I am having a bit of a concern with the multiple ticket option on Event Espresso 4 Decaf version 4.7.4. I discovered that when I bought one of the tickets while testing the plugin that after the ticket was purchased it then because unavailable.

All I want to do is have the ability to make multiple “ticket options” that’s not affected by date. Or is this just not available in EE4 Decaf or EE3 lite?

Please assist.

Hi Patrick,

A ticket option needs a date associated with it. If you would like it to be available for a long period of time, then you could set a start date of today and have it be available through next year.

In the regular version of Event Espresso 4, you have the ability to assign tickets to various datetimes. Some members use this for an early-bird option where a specific ticket is available for a limited time and then expires and is replaced by a ticket with regular pricing.

Note that as a support license holder, you have access to the regular version of Event Espresso 4. You could remove decaf and then download Event Espresso 4 as a zip file from your account page and then upload and activate it:
