Hello,
In order to have multiple event templates — including a template with tabbed information — our developers custom coded functionality. Unfortunately, none of the code is forwards compatible and now that we need to upgrade WP, we need it all recoded.
Our question: does Event Espresso 4 offer the tabbed functionality or something similar? We’ve included a link below so you can see what we are trying to achieve. If the newest version of EE provides some of the functionality we previously custom coded, we’d rather upgrade EE and custom code the rest with forwards compatibility in mind.

Hi Shannon,
I checked your site and reviewed and can confirm that Event Espresso 4 doesn’t add tabbed navigation for different content areas within an event page.
It may help to let you know that template modifications made in Event Espresso core can be copied over to /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates and you can update Event Espresso without losing the changes. Please see this guide for more info:
