Hello all,
I bought the add-on “Automated Upcoming Event Notifications” and have a question about it.
Is it possible to send multiple reminders? For example the first time 10 days before the event and again one day before the event?

Hi Manuel,
Currently not, the ‘Automated Upcoming Event Notifications’ add-on (AUEN for short) saves a value to the database when the message is triggered to prevent duplicates from sending each time the system checks for any AUEN messages that are due.
So right now, AUEN templates are triggered once per event/datetime.
