Multiple Registrations with Paypal not activated, although payment is received

Hi, I have a big issue. I am Using EE3 for an event and it is working great. However, when somebody tries to buy multiple tickets and pays with paypal, I get the payment, but in the EE3 system the transaction is marked with the red excalamation point and status “not completed”.

What could be the problem and how can I fix it asap?

Along with that, if you have the WP SpamShield plugin, you’ll need to set its option for “Disable anti-spam for miscellaneous forms.” to Yes.
