I need to have all the registration information for each ticket sold (Name, company) and upon looking, I keep seeing that it’s possible but I can’t figure out how.
I also need past reports. Next year I will need to know who attended this years event, how much ticket sales were generated, and other factors – Are these saved? Are they accessible in the database somewhere other than through wordpress’s dashboard?
Also – I have individuals and paid members of our organization – is there a way to show two types of pricing, and not allow individuals to purchase member tickets?
Multiple Registrations is found in the right hand nav buttons in the ‘Edit Event’ screen under “Questions for Additional Registrants”. I found it – Still need the answer to reduced member prices and if the information is saved in the back end database. Thanks!
Thanks Lorenzo, My biggest question, I suppose, about the data itself. I am trying to figure out how to make a report that shows how much I sold for an event (in tickets) how much is yet unpaid (again for the tickets) and I need to print badges for my attendees so I need to pull attendee information so I can format a badge page to print. Any ideas at all on those? Thanks again in advance!
Try Event Espresso –> Registrations. Then hover over the name of the event and click on Registrations.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and you’ll see a Registrations CSV button.
Click on that button and information will be downloaded into a CSV file for that event. It can then be opened in another program like Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, etc.
