Multiple Registrations

Hi, we recently opened up registration for a Conference but are having issues with multiple registrations. We currently have a number of different ticket tiers. If a person chooses to register several people at once, they’re only able to input information for one person and not the rest. How can we fix this?

Hi,

You can go in to edit the event, and check the boxes next to the question groups under “Questions for Additional Registrants”, then update the event to save the changes.
