So you have a custom Registration Approved message type within Event Espresso -> Messages -> Custom Templates?
Then within the event you have select that custom message template within the ‘Notifications’ section, but when running a registration you get the ‘Global’ message and the custom one you selected above?
Do you also receive two Event Admin emails when this happens?
…all these events appear to be doing the same thing with the multiple emails sent. There is a free ticket that will allow you to see it without paying on the Saints Students Only event.
Which message type is the custom message setup for?
I see the issue with your emails, however I still can’t reproduce it. On my test sites the custom message is sent and the global is not.
Have you made any customisations to EE at all? Not the message templates etc but any custom functionality?
