Yesterday we purchased the add-on for multiple event registration. We received an email confirmation informing us that our EE3 account now had access to the add-on. Upon logging in, nothing has changed. I went to Plug-Ins, checked all installed, and Multiple Event Registration is not one of them. I went to check if it needed to be Uploaded, but there is no zip file or other file present on my computer that I can upload. How do I access this add-on to start creating events where multiple people can register at different prices and quantities?
Note that purchasing an add-on will not make any changes directly on your WordPress site.
You can go to the link above and then click on the Multiple Event Registration add-on in the list and a zip file will be downloaded.
Then go to your WP dashboard and upload and activate it.
