I had a question about the number of registrants for an event. I am seeing three different numbers, but I am unsure of which one is accurate.
On the events page (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_events), the number of attendees is shown as being 335 for the event [screenshot-1].
The registrations page (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_registrations), the number of attendees is shown as 381 for the event with 39 incomplete registrations [screenshot-2].
The Event Espresso CSV report that can be downloaded shows 327 attendees [screenshot-3].
So how many people should we be expecting at the event? The venue can accommodate a maximum of 400 people, and I want to close registration before then.
Can you tell me what the default registration status is for the event?

‘Approved’ registrations are the registrations that apply to the attendee limits, so the correct value should be the one shown in this screenshot – [screenshot-1]
However, the reason I’m asking the above is because of the last 2 visible registrations in this screenshot – [screenshot-2]
The registration is approve yet the transaction is incomplete, so I’m wondering if this has been done manually or if the event is set to have a default reg status of Approved.
