Hello,
My conference has a number of event tickets attendees can choose from. If they choose more than one ticket, they are obliged to fill in their personal information for each ticket they have chosen in the event cart. Is there some CSS code that turns this function off so they only have to enter their personal information once, regardless of how many tickets they have chosen?

Hi,
In this case CSS isn’t something that can fix this, because they’re required questions. If you simply hid form fields with CSS, the form will not validate.
Instead, what you do is uncheck the boxes next to question groups in the “Questions for Additional Registrants” box within the event editor for each upcoming event.
What that will do is make it so there’s only one registration form for all registrations in the transaction. This will also affect any transactions where there are more than one registration for for the same event.

The entire tickets setup at events.jewish-funerals.org is for one event that last three days, Unchecking “questions for additional registrants” seems to be a global command and that each and every person registering will have to do it separately instead of one person registering a group of say three or more at the same time. Is this accurate? Can I turn off/of additional information for each ticket separately, and if so, how?

That’s correct, if you require information for each person, then there will be a fieldset for each ticket selected when “Questions for Additional Registrants” question groups are selected. The registration system has no way to know if it’s one person buying two tickets for themself vs two people buying tickets as a group.
