Can you associate the date and location with a ticket. So basically you have one event that’s held on different dates and venues? If that’s possible, will that event show up in the calendar for each date?
Between the months of April and October, we host 12-14 Free Surfing Day Camps for Children with Autism. Each camp is the same, but held on a different date and beach. We open up registration for parents their children (some families have more than one child with Autism) 7 weeks in advance of the camp date. We can host 200 participants so we stop taking registrations around 250 and then put people on a wait list.

Hi Glenn,
With Event Espresso you can only assign the Venue on the event itself so if you want different venues you would need separate events, however, depending on your set up you could create the tickets (and datetimes) separately and use the venue name in the ticket.
A single event with multiple datetimes shows each individual DateTime on the calendar but they all link back to the exact same event which shows them all.
You mention 200 participants but is that per date or as a whole?
