We have multiple events with open public registrations for ticket sales.
Previously, upon clicking “Register Now” after a guest had selected the quantity of tickets they were interested in purchasing, guests were redirected to a paypal purchasing screen.
As of this morning, clicking “Register Now” redirects to what appears to be an internal error in Registration Checkout that reads “Nothing in your Event Queue” with the text, “You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.”
Clicking the link to select an event redirects to our Event Calendar, which utilizes The Events Calendar plugin through WordPress. Ticket registrations are not completed through The Events Calendar, so I have no idea why this is occurring. Additionally, selecting an event does not solve the problem but instead redirects to another internal page.
All of our plugins are up to date, and nothing looks out of order in the backend. I am looking for a quick solution, since some of our open registrations are for ticketed shows in the next few days. Thanks!
Do you know if someone added some caching to the website since the time things were working? Or any other changes?
One thing that will help with troubleshooting is you can go over to Event Espresso > Events > Templates and set the Event Slug option to something like upcoming-events. The other event plugin is using events so changing the EE Event slug setting will help with finding the EE event list.
