Multiple event registration – emails only contain one event!

Hi all, we have the Multple Event Registration plugin on a website, the client has placed a test order but when more than one event is purchased only 1 is outlined in the clients receipt email (in all sections inc tickets, Q&A’s etc)!

Do we need to change the message template to accomodate details or all the events?

Hi Zoee,

Go to Event Espresso –> Messages –> Settings. Then drag the Registration Multi-status summary message type over to the active area:

Thanks Lorenzo – do I need to do anything else? Edit any of the message templates or anything?

Hi Zoee, you shouldn’t need to as that message will provide information on those events. This message type is similar to other message types so it can definitely be customized through the messages editor.

Hi Lorenzo, I’m so confused! My client has placed a test order so we can check the emails. He sent me the two emails he got as the customer and I’m really baffled because the multi event email doesn’t match my template in the “messages” section. The wording is different and there is a section at the bottom that isn’t in my template.

Is there any way to pay for some off-forum support? I have serveral issues with this site and I really need your help in getting them resolved.

It turns out there are a two different Messenger templates for the Registration Multi-status summary message type. One is for the Event Admin, the other is for the Primary Registrant. Did you check the Primary Registrant Template when you compared the email they received?
