I’m considering the Multiple Event Registration Add-on for EE3. I’d like for the attendee to register for the main ticket and some add on sessions (where appropriate). I’d like them to do it all on one screen. Is this possible with this add on or is it more like a shopping cart where they have to browse to add each one individually?

Hi John,
The add-ons allows your registrants/attendees to add multiple events to a “shopping cart.” They will then select tickets/pricing on the shopping cart screen and complete registration checkout at once (instead of having to complete registration multiple times).
Try adding a couple of the events from this screen and then click on View Cart:
