Multiple Event add to cart popup too far down screen – can't see it

I am trying to open for registration today and suddenly add to cart pop up screen grays waiting for input but pop-up is not visible

Please help

I have turned off all plugins and doesn’t help

Please tell me how to change location of module on page … need a percentage of height… its fixed ‘top’ is 800+ px – although different on every event

Hello,

The modal should appear in the top-middle area of the screen. If it is shifted out of view, then a plugin or the theme may be using some CSS to do that.

Could you share a link to any active event so we can take a look and share feedback?
